WORDS

WORDS
Are powerful,
Strong.
WORDS
Can put people down,
Stab them through the heart,
But
WORDS
can heal also. 
WORDS
Can hurt more than broken bones,
Can sting more than pepper spray.
WORDS
Can create memories,
Provide inspiration,
Form reputations.
WORDS
Can make people feel better or worse,
Can make people smile, or laugh,
Can turn a person’s day around.

Isn’t it weird that
WORDS
Are just sounds coming from our mouths?
